Our focus is all About the Patient. We offer wellness services such as: medication therapy management (MTM), disease state management (DSM) programs, health risk assessments (HRAs), and biometric testing that focus on the individual and optimizing their self-care and medications to improve their health and control their healthcare expenditures.  We utilize a network of trained pharmacists to provide our services. 

This site contains a wide variety of information on the safe use of medication, diabetes, and other topics. We also have a blog for patients to discuss and share their health experiences in an online community.
